Switch Support Plan
Hi Everybody:
I am running GPG Tools on several very old Mac computers, and it works great. Two of the older computers are running Mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.6.
I recently bought a new Mac Silicon laptop running Mac OS Ventura, but my older Support Plan will not work on it. I entered the e-mail address and Activation Code for the original old Support Plan, and GPG Mail is now showing that old e-mail address and Activation Code.
However, GPG is also saying that I need to either Upgrade or to Switch Support Plan for GPG Tools to work on the new Mac Silicon machine.
Question: If I choose "Switch Support Plan," will the NEW Activation Code and e-mail address cause GPG on my older Macs to stop working? (Now that I have associated the old e-mail address and Activation Code with the new machine, I am concerned about accidentally de-activating GPG on the older Macs.)
GPG Tools is great, and I am glad to pay for a new Support Plan, but I do not want to de-activate GPG on the older Macs.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you much,
David

Hi David,
welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry that GPG Suite is causing problems for you.
Your current Support Plan is eligible for GPG Mail 3. I would recommend upgrading it via the upgrade option, which will ensure you get the 30 % discount as existing user.
The switch option is when you need to switch to a different support plan.
In both cases your old device would not be deactivated.
Let me know if that worked.
Best,
Steve
