Can I encrypt/decrypt a file without using the command line?
Is there a GUI way to do this? Would like to encrypt a file and put it into DropBox but not seeing any way to do it w/o going to the gpg command line.

Hi boozedog.
Included in the GPGTools Installer is GPG Services.
If you have installed GPGServices you can active it in keyboard settings (see this screenshot: http://www.gpgtools.org/gpgservices/images/prefs.png )
After activating the services, you can right click a file, go to services and choose encrypt/decrypt.

If you like hacking you can use EncFS https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EncFS and tweak things so that your dropbox is encrypted.
Setup is possible but not trivial.
