Multiple Problems with Latest GPG Release

I've been using GPG for several years now on various Macs. I just bought a new MBP and downloaded the latest build of GPG (3/17/12 and then 3/18/12). I've had nothing but problems...

1) When selecting an email that has been encrypted, if I don't immediately enter my passphrase, I get the following message:

"MESSAGE_BANNER_PGP_DECRYPT_GENERAL_ERROR_TITLE"

It almost acts as though GPG is somehow interfering with the built-in OS X certificates and/or encryption.

2) I cannot upload 3 of my 4 keys to the server. Every time I try, I get the following message:

"Send keys failed. Code - 0"

As I said, I've used GPG for years. So I'm not an amateur at it. I've tried repairing GPG, making sure my trust settings are correct, etc.

Any ideas?

    Hi Matt,

Thank you for your feedback. Let's see how we can improve our tools together: "nothing but problems" is not our goal ;)

Regarding GPGMail: we'll release version 2 soon that has many more bug fixes. In the mean time please test the version from http://nightly.gpgtools.org - does this help?

Regarding: GKA: @Roman: I think the default server is not very stable. We might want to switch to another one or making the upload/download more robust (I'd similar issues).

    Best regards, Alex

For all broken keyservers please Matt & Alex, if you experience problems, update the wiki page here: https://github.com/GPGTools/GPGTools/wiki/Keyservers

You need to be logged into GitHub to do so (it's a free sign-up if you don't have an account alrready).

That way we can keep track of the bad boys and if they don't improve remove them from the default list.

    All the best,
    steve

Hey Matt, could your problem be solved using the latest nightly version? Or are you still seeing this problem?

    All the best, steve
