As the title suggested, I downloaded GPG Suite from the official website and installed it. But when I enabled mail plugin, it tells me that the trial has expired and I have to buy the license immediately.

Expected
Trial for 30 days?

Additional info
I will buy the license anyways. But it feels really bad to have gone expired without trying anything yet. Anyways, have a good day and take care!

    Hi Baksi,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

This should clearly not happen. Can you share if you maybe were in offline state when you installed GPG Suite and first opened Mail app with GPG Mail?

    All the best,
    Steve

    Hi Steve,

I was online though my internet connection was poor. Does this happen often?

    Best,

    Baksi

No, we have not received many other reports about this. But it would explain what happened.

Can you just reinstall, make sure you are online and then see if you land in the trial as expected?
