Hey. First tell them that my language is Spanish, so I apologize for my poor English.

I have a problem with GPG Mail in Mac OS X 10.7.3 Lion I can not send any mail encryption, because the lock button is always grayed out, even though I have installed my keys.

I would appreciate your help. Receive a greeting.

   Have you imported your message recipients' public keys? That is necessary for encryption.

   Your personal key is necessary for you to sign your messages or for you to receive encrypted messages (after you give the senders your public key).

   All that info about your and your friends keys can be viewed in GPG Keychain Access. So check there and make sure you got the required elements cfaire mentioned.
