GPG Keychain: Check for Updates incorrectly reporting 2019.1 as the current version.
MacUpdater reported a new version of GPG Keychain (1.5->1.5.1).
I opened GPG Keychain and selected Check for Updates.
GPG Keychain reported 2019.1 as the current update. (No new version)
I opened About GPG Keychain and found it reported version 1.5, not 1.5.1.
I went to gpgtools.org and found 2019.2 installer.
I downloaded and installed/updated the suite.
MacUpdater and GPG Keychain both reported version 1.5.1 as installed.
Expected
I expected the Check for Updates function to correctly report that a new version was available. (2019.2)
macOS 10.15.1 19B88
GPG Suite 2019.2 2670 (ac945f92b0)
GPG Mail 4.0 1515 (597c8f5250) Decrypt Only Mode
GPG Keychain 1.5.1 1587 (967419866a)

MacGPG 2.2.17 940 (4ba83bbeda)

Libmacgpg 1.0.1 924 (ed76f66a8a)

Hi Mark,
thank you for your report.
What you are observing is by choice, since we are rolling out 2019.2 slowly. On Monday or Tuesday we will release it via auto-update. At that time you would also see the correct message that 2019.2 is the latest version.
Hope that makes sense.

hello, we are December 12th, and the 2019.2 GPG Suite version is still not available for me.
Any delay ? Bug ?

Hi abdelhak,
GPG Suite 2019.2 which comes with GPG Mail 4 and adds macOS Catalina compatibility is available on our website https://gpgtools.org/download. Automatic updates will still follow.
Let me know if that worked for you.
All the best,
Steve
