Hi all,

I've bene looking and searching, but I cannot find a setting to disable the default of signing mails. I would like my default to be to just send mails, with an optional signing or signing and encrypting. I assume this can be done somehow?

    Hi Vince,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

Please open Mail > Preferences > GPG Mail and untick the option to "Sign new emails".

Let me know if this did the trick.

    Best,
    Steve

    Hi Steve,

Thanks, that was it. It was just that these settings were somewhat hidden in the preferences pane.
Suggestion for the future, if possible: Get all settings together in one place, the fact that some clearly mail-related settings are in the systems preferences and some are in this semi-hidden one inside Mail is a bit confusing.

For the rest the product looks quite polished and seems to work great sofar!

    Thanks,
    Vince
