I work with PGP all day long in
Windows... I DL'd this to run on my Mac so that I could simply view
the key of a certain PGP file. But the software is so worthless...
no command line, horrible (i.e. lack of) documentation, the online
documentation sucks, no application icon, no toolbar... how the F
do I use the program? It sucks to spend time downloading and
installing a program only to waste time finding out that it's not
even usable.

GPGTools Website Feedbacktag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/143142182012-03-07T20:23:08Z2012-03-07T20:23:08ZNot intuitive (web)

Hi,

GPGTools includes everything you need to manage your GPG keys,
sign text, encrypt text, send signed mails, send encrypted mails
and more.
It also, of course, includes the whole gpg command line suite.

You can simply access it using:

gpg2 command

For example

gpg2 --verify file

It's true our documentation still sucks, lots of features are
still missing (a GUI for what you named above) but consider, we're
a team of 4 people, all the tools are free, so we can only spend
very limited time on this project, since we have to earn a living
some other way.

I hope this clarifies things a little

Luke Le
