   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   Sorry we only speak english and german so this reply is in english.

   GPG Suite currently supports macOS 10.12 - 10.14. For earlier macOS release we can not offer support.

   Unsupported legacy versions of GPG Suite are here:
   https://releases.gpgtools.org/oldies

   You could try to install the release for your old OS from there and see if that resolves your problem.

   Note that really old macOS releases do not receive important security fixes from Apple. So if possible, it is recommended to move to a newer version.
