BUG: GPG Services, duplicate context menu generation ...

Gents,

I very much like the OSX Services plug-in, but have noticed what appears to be a minor flaw when using it. Sometimes when I navigate to the Services menu I get duplicate listings for GPG Services. See my attached screenshot.

   Yes, they are separated. Actually, you don't need an account for the support page - but for the ticket system.
