Which of our tools is giving you problems?

GPG Suite

Attach a screenshot of the version info for all installed components (how to: https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/where-can-i-find-version-info...):

No screenshot. See this command line copy/paste:

$ echo "c66ecf48ccf709f704f02097cf9d68ba97b0efba24f7a0b7b46adfd1133cb86a GPG_Suite-2018.5.dmg" | shasum -a 256 -c - shasum: standard input: no properly formatted SHA1 checksum lines found

Describe your problem. Add as much detail as possible.

Your SHA256 is not verifiable. It is wrong.

What did you expect instead

A software that is not malicious. For now it looks like you distribute malicious software.

Describe steps leading to the problem.

  1. Copy your SHA256 from here https://gpgtools.org/
  2. Download your software
  3. Run this command
    echo "{SHA256 from step 1} GPG_Suite-2018.5.dmg" | shasum -a 256 -c -

Are you using any other Mail.app plugins?

No

    Hi Sergey,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

Could you follow the steps outlined in our KB Verify SHA256 checksum and let me know if the values then do match?

    Kind regards,
    Steve
