I'm running the keys.openpgp.org service, and am receiving reports from users that using hkps://keys.openpgp.org as a keyserver in GPGTools locks or crashes the app. Apparently this affects GPG Suite 2018.5, on Mojave 10.14.5.

    Hi Vincent,

thanks for getting in touch. And thanks for that awesome approach to tackling the key server issues. We took note and do like the concept. We already have an open ticket to look into support for keys.openpgp.org which I connected with this discussion.

We will look into the details and get back to you.

    Have a nice weekend,
    Steve

Tested this briefly but was unable to reproduce a crash.

Could you direct the users encountering crashes to our support platform. Ideally they would file a new support discussion from System Preferences > GPG Suite > Send Report.

Once the discussion is created it would be great if the affected users could visit their discussion in the browser and attach the crash log from there.

    Kind regards,
    Steve
