Machine: Imac - Mac Os 10.13.5 - GPG Suite 2018.2 (2197n / bef9c89)
GPG stopped decrypting. I always have a Failed Decrypting error.
Uninstalled and re-installed the suite, logged out and logged in.

Ciao Paolo,
we are very sorry you are having problems with GPG Suite.
From the debug log it appears that your key is very old, and might no longer be supported by newer versions of GnuPG, which could be the reason of the error you are seeing.
Could you please elaborate step by step what you are trying to do?
Thanks!

I think it's not about my key. I created a brand new key and I encrypted a test file. When I try to decrypt it I've got the same decrypting Fail error

@ Luke Le:
You're right, it'a about my old (1999) key. When I use a new key gpg works.
Now, is it possible to recover my old files previosly encrypted with the old key?
Thanks for your assistance

Hi Paolo,
ah great. Yes this change has been recently introduced to mitigate against EFAIL (https://efail.de)
We are currently considering adding a warning to GPGServices.
Regardless it is a great idea to re-encrypt the files with a new key.
Let us know if we can help you in any way.

Hi Paolo,
please take the time to thoroughly read the Modification Detection Code (MDC) Errors KB. It explains what the integrity check does and why it is important to be used.
So we highly recommend to use the latest release to be secure against the efail attack. You can decrypt old messages using the workaround in GPGServices.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Best,
steve
