<p>Could you try to run the following command in terminal and see if that helps:</p>
<ul>
<li>killall gpg-agent</li>
</ul>
<p>Does that solve the problem? If not, this question is probably best asked at the <a href="https://gnupg.org/documentation/mailing-lists.html">gnupg users mailling list</a>.</p>
