GPGMail: encrypted mail indicator for s-mime does not work correctly after installing gpgsuite

S-mime encryption worked well in Mac Mail and after receiving any encrypted Mail the status indicator for encryption showed up correctly.
After installing the gpg suite the encryption indicator disappeared on any received s-mime encrypted e-mail.
After deinstalling gpg suite the encryption indicator works again correctly.

Expected
I expect the correct appaearance of all indicators.
