decryption question

I am not tech savvy what so every.. please help..
I do I decrypt text. I just can't figure out this version of pgp.
say someone sends me a pgp message..
how do I decrypt?

    welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

    For new users, the best starting point is our Getting Started Tutorial. Please take 10 minutes and a cup of tea, to go through this and let me know if you have questions after that.

    PS: To benefit from the latest security fixes from apple, you may want to check for pending macOS updates in the MacAppStore. General info about Apple security releases and security relevant fixes for macOS 10.12.4.
