I see the following lines in a key:

Version: GnuPG / MacGPG2 v2.0.19 (Darwin)
Comment: GPGTools - http://gpgtools.org

This is unfortunately not the case with my key. Where can I adjust this?

Best regards

welcome to the GPGTools support platform.

We deliberately removed both the version info and the software info from the comment field. Both data points can help an attacker to identify potentially which version of a software you are using and which operating system you are on. Having information about specific old version which may have unfixed security bugs allows for further attack surface.

So we removed the comment option from System Preferences > GPG Suite Preferences since it added more harm than value.

If you still want to use a comment, which we do not recommend, you can always do so via the command line.

Enjoy your weekend,
