Which of our tools is giving you problems?
I recently registered using your encryption technology, however seems to have lost my password, or passphrase to unlock the OpenPGP secret key for [email blocked]. Can you please assist or advise on how to resolve this?

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
There is no registration involved in GPG Suite. But you created an OpenPGP key locally it seems.
This KB-article explains what to do if you forgot your password or lost access to your secret key.
Let me know if that KB brought you back on track or if you need further assistance.
