--throw-keyids or --hidden-recipient

I am using only the GPG keychain, no mail plugins.

Not very experienced with Terminal commands, I would like to use --throw-keyids or --hidden-recipient, to avoid that the keyid is part of the encrypted message.

I found this somewhere, but don't get it to work:

gpg -ea --throw-keyid --always-trust -r "keyID" sample.txt

Thanks for any help!
