Uninstall GPGSuite

hello,

I removed the programm GPGSuite and when I start the Mac and the mail.app is coming a pop up with the information see at
picture gpg 1
The support of apple gave me the advice to ask you for the installations script, so may be I can find the memory location

And still comes from time to time a pop up window see picture software up 1, with the advice of a new version of the programm.

   welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

   You say you removed GPG Suite. Could you elaborate on the exact steps you took when doing that?

   This KB-article explains how to uninstall GPGTools.

   Ok that explains the behavior. GPGMail is not an app and thus will not be removed by such an application. Also other components would remain on your system.

   Did you run our uninstaller? Does the problem persist after that?

   I tried to download the uninstaller before I wrote to you and it didn´t work.
   I could not open the file I downloaded

   That sounds odd. Which file did you download? And what error where you getting when trying to open the file? Did you try to re-download the file in question?

   I downloaded only the uninstaller this in picture uninstall 1

   and when I wanted to open the file comes picture uninstall 2

   and says the file has not the proper size to open

   entschuldige, da gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Uninstaller File. Das ist nun behoben. Bitte besuche erneut den KB Artikel und lass mich wissen, ob es diesmal korrekt funktioniert hat.

    Hm, kannst du den browser cache löschen und es erneut versuchen. Hier klappt der Download des Uninstallers nun wie erwartet. Versuch doch mal direkt auf den Link zu klicken mit Links (also nicht rechts-click). Startet der Download dann?

    resolved by cleaning browser cache. worked as expected then.
