opening an encrypted message
I have a question. when i sent my wife the 1st encrypted message she did have to put the password, but all email I send to her after the initial one don't require she put a password even though I send them encrypted. do I have to make a new key overtime I want her to put a password?

welcome to the GPGTools community support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
Please see this KB-article on how to manage passwords for your keys.
This sounds like your contact stored their password either in the macOS keychain or are using a long time to cache the password. Above KB article has the details.
