Which of our tools is giving you problems? GPG Keychain to encrypt some text.

Attach a screenshot of the version info for all installed components (how to:

The screenshot is attached. The name is "GPGTools Version.png

Describe your problem. Add as much detail as possible. Error message is in french. The translation is :

The "OpenPGP: Encrypt" service could not be used because the "GPGServices" application requires a more recent version of macOS.
Try using an older version of "GPGServices" or upgrade to a newer version of macOS.

I can't find or download a previous version of GPGTools.

What did you expect instead

Describe steps leading to the problem.

Are you using any other plugins?

Could you help me to find an old release with uptodate public Key for the GPG Team?

    Hi Tristan,

GPG Suite currently supports macOS 10.14 - 11. For earlier macOS release we can not offer support.

You can install GPG Suite 2019.2 and download the sig fiile.

Note that really old macOS releases do not receive important security fixes from Apple. So if possible, it is recommended to move to a newer version.

As you are using an unmaintained old installer, the team key used to sign releases may be in expired state after installation. Thus we highly recommend to update our public key:

    1. open GPG Keychain
    2. select the key with email [email blocked]
    3. press ⌘U to update the key from key server, also possible via right-click

The greyed out entry should turn back to normal in GPG Keychain.

    All the best,
