we would appreciate it if you were to open a new discussion if you have questions, instead of posting under a different users questions, which in this case doesn't regard any problem of yours.

Unfortunately we don't speak spanish, but what I can make out with Google Translate our pricing is not clear to you.

GPG Mail 3 support macOS High Sierra (10.13) and macOS Mojave (10.14). Once macOS 10.15 is released we will probably release GPG Mail 4 but this will depend on quite a few factors, the most important one are the changes Apple makes to Mail. As we state in our FAQ if you are an existing user you will pay an upgrade free and not the total fee. We don't know yet how much that discount will be, but guess as with a lot of other software out there it will be about 30-50% less the price for new users (as said, this is not decided yet). Depending on the changes introduced by Apple it could be that we have to re-write major portions of our plugin.

Since GPG Suite and GPG Mail are still released under the GPL and the source code is freely available from our website or Github you can also compile it yourself as many of our users have already done. So you don't depend on us.

I hope that answers your question.

Luke Le
