Financial support for Werner Koch
Can I make a plea for a proportion of the fee for GPGTools to be donated to Werner Koch, the sole developer of the underlying GnuPG encryption system? See this article on ProPublica:
Without Werner Koch's work, we would have no GPGTools.

Hi Alun,
Werner is doing very important work. We've been in touch with him and he's been great to work with.
The good news is: due to the Pro Publica article he's been receiving a lot of donations to continue his work on GnuPG: https://gnupg.org/index.html
We're currently in the process of getting our own "business model" working, but will certainly consider something like you proposed if that turns to work out.
The reason we decided to charge for GPGMail in the future was exactly because we have the same problem as he does.
