Which of our tools is giving you problems?

GPG Mail

Attach a screenshot of the version info for all installed components (how to: https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/where-can-i-find-version-info...):

2018

Describe your problem. Add as much detail as possible.

Ran the included uninstaller twice, removed mail bundle manually anyway, but the check boxes in new email continue to appear. See the attached screen shot showing the boxes in question.

What did you expect instead

Describe steps leading to the problem.

Are you using any other Mail.app plugins? Yes.

    Hi Ean,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

It's very odd that our uninstaller would not uninstall GPG Mail.

Can you send us another screenshot of a draft showing the entire draft msg please.

I'm setting this discussion to "private". That means only our core-team and the company hosting this support platform are able to access this discussion.

Please see the attached screen shot which shows the encrypt and sign buttons after uninstall and reboot.

Thanks, the uninstaller actually worked just fine. What you are seeing is not GPG Suite related. You seem to be using an S/MIME cert on your mac and those buttons are the default Apple Mail.app buttons to utilize S/MIME.

Let me know if this answers your question.
