Stop the pop ups

I want to get out of GPG. You keep popping up telling me to go to the site an download the new version because the beta has expired. I want to get out, not further in.

    updating your support request at a minute rate, won't speed up our reply process. So if you keep a polite style, we're sure willing to help you out.

    The Uninstall process is very easy: https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/uninstall-gpg-suite

    If you want to try debugging your issue, please re-install GPG Suite beta 5 on your machine and see if you then still see the expiry message. If you do, please

    • open Terminal.app
    • paste /Applications/Mail.app/Contents/MacOS/Mail -DebugLog
    • press Enter

    Then copy the output to a new TextEdit file and save it as .txt file. Attach that file to this discussion here when you reply via your browser.

    Could you also please import our public key into GPG Keychain (even if it is already in there) from our homepage: https://gpgtools.org/GPGTools%2000D026C4.asc

    Does the problem still persist after that?
