Which of our tools is giving you problems?

Update tool.

Attach a screenshot of the version info for all installed components (how to: https://gpgtools.tenderapp.com/kb/faq/where-can-i-find-version-info...):

Describe your problem. Add as much detail as possible.

When I updated GPG Suite through the Sparkle push on my home Mac (running a public Mojave beta), I was prompted for my credentials because of something to do with the System Preferences. I provided them -- but when I updated GPG Suite (stable) on my work Mac (High Sierra), I did not get this prompt.

After the Handbrake server compromise: https://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=36364 -- I'm a little paranoid after the fact.

What did you expect instead

No administrator prompt?

Describe steps leading to the problem.

Got a notice for an update and clicked through the installer process.

Are you using any other Mail.app plugins?
