Could you please send a debug log from your affected machine: Open System Preferences > GPG Suite > Send Report. Check the box to "attach debug log". Since you already described your issue in this discussion, you don't need to add a lot of detail, but please do add the link to your existing discussion, so I can then merge your debug info with this existing discussion.

    All the best,
    steve

Also, what is happening when the messsages are not decrypted? You select the message and nothing happens? Do you see Loading and that never finishes or is the encrypted message shown?

I'm setting this discussion to "private". That means only our core-team and the company hosting this support platform are able to access this discussion.

Can you please send a screenshot showing the encrypted message. Is there no error message displayed at the top?

    All the best,
    steve

    Hi Vladimir,

your debug log suggests, that in addition to MacGPG you also have a custom GnuPG installed, with version 1.4.4 under /usr/local/bin/gpg.
This is why you are seeing this error

If you run the following commands in Terminal, everything should be working just like before:

    sudo mv /usr/local/bin/gpg /usr/local/bin/gpg-v1.4.4
    sudo ln -s /usr/local/MacGPG2/bin/gpg2 /usr/local/bin/gpg

    Hope that helps.

And the message is decrypted again? Sounds good.

Can you please open GPG Keychain and copy paste the version info from the about screen into this discussion.
