Feedback HighSierra und GPGTools 2017.1: All OK!
On both my Macs - Mac Mini und MacBook Pro - everything works fine after the 10.13-update.
I just had to fill in the passphrases before the first sending of the testmails. I have several keys for several mail-accounts.

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

danke fürs Feedback. Die pinentry requests sind leider expected:
the pinentry requests you are seeing are happening due to the migration from MacGPG 2.0.x to 2.2.0.
