Requirements to create an encrypted email
hey there,
when i try to compose a new email it shows to me openpgp so how can i make the plain text email as default and use openpgp as optional when i need it cause it's a problem each time i send a message send as encrypted and i don't want all my sent email to me encrypted thank you very much

Hi Jean,
welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
As described in our Getting Started Tutorial the requirement to create an encrypted email is that you have the public key of the recipient in GPG Keychain. Otherwise you are only able to sign mails and the recipient can read signed mails no matter if they use OpenPGP or not.

PS: To benefit from the latest security fixes from apple, you may want to check for pending macOS updates in the MacAppStore. General info about Apple security releases and security relevant fixes for macOS 10.12.6.
