I had been looking in System Preferences->GPGPreferences->Settings. What I needed was in Mail->Preferences->GPGMail->Settings. I unchecked "Encrypt drafts" and "Sign new messages by default". <p>We have a ticket for this problem. pinentry should not ask for a password during draft creation. I connected this discussion with the existing ticket. That means, should this discussion get closed, it will be re-opened as soon as the ticket is closed. That way you'll stay in the loop and get notified as soon as we have news. <p>The workaround is an option. We'll let you know once this bug is fixed.</p>
