No lock and sign buttons in apple mail app to be found, although gpgmail is installed properly and green light is on in mail app preferences .

Only possibility is to encrypt and sign message in a new window by selecting the text and right clicking on it, which is an understatement.

    Hey Leo,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

Is this a setup that has been working as expected in the past or are you in the process of setting this up for the first time?

Have you already created a key? If you are a new user, please follow our Getting Started Tutorial.

    All the best,

Rich, are you the original reporter or a different user? In the latter case, I'd split your comment into a separate discussion.

Have you already created a key? Did you try to follow the Getting Started Tutorial?
