GPGMail: offline

It's annoying that the GPGMail plug-in throws up warnings when it can't connect to the Internet. I frequently have intermittent internet connectivity. Having the mail program constantly throw up warning messages is not useful.

Expected
Just be silent, or have an unobtrusive notice, not a pop-up.
