GPGMail: Decryption isn't working fine with Apple Mail
I’m starting Apple Mail and want to read an e-mail, which is encrypted with my public pgp key, but Apple Mail only show a loading sign and does not decrypt the message.
Expected
Email will automatically and directly decrypt when I open the message.

Hey mail2fsc,
welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.
Could you please download and install our latest GPG Suite nightly build and see if the problem persists. That page also has sig and SHA256 to verify the download.
All the best,
steve

Hi Steve,
thank you for your quick support. The latest build works, but it takes time until the messages is decrypted. The loading sign is shown about 2 seconds.

Yes, that is known. Apple changed the way mails are loaded in macOS 10.12 sierra. It's all a bit more complicated now.

Hi Frank,
we believe this issue has been fixed. If you want to test the fix, please download our latest nightly GPG Suite. That page also has sig and SHA1 to verify the download.
It would be great if you have time on your hands, to provide feedback on this, since we are in the midst of preparing the next beta and we'd love to check with affected users, that the issue is indeed fixed.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Kindly,
steve

Hello Steve,
I installed the latest version from your website (GPG Suite 2017.1 (1804n)) and its decrypt my emails again. I'm very happy and grateful for that bug fixing. You can close this issue.
Best regards,
Frank

Hey Frank, thanks for your feedback. We are looking into one last blocker and then the next beta should not be too far away.
