welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having
problems using GPG Suite.

Please note that there is no official support for macOS
pre-release versions. So if you rely on GPGMail for your productive
work, please stick to the stable release channel of macOS.

Could you please download and install our latest GPG Suite nightly
build and see if the problem persists. That page also has sig
and SHA1 to verify the download.

All the best, steve

Disclaimer: This is a development version which has not been
thoroughly tested yet - bugs or crashes are to be expected. Thanks
for helping us test.

Stevetag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/418804172017-02-19T20:23:31Z2017-02-19T20:23:33ZGPGMail: 10.12.4 mail integration

I am on the latest OSX public beta. Downloaded today's nightly
(2017-02-19, 1774n), and I confirm it works. I can read encrypted
mail, including attachments. I can send encrypted and signed
mail.

THANK YOU!!!

gpgtoolstag:gpgtools.tenderapp.com,2011-11-04:Comment/418804172017-02-20T10:07:59Z2017-02-20T10:08:01ZGPGMail: 10.12.4 mail integration

It works very nicely - all good.
