Can’t send or answer mail after install. Gpg said it needed to quit mail before install, but apparantly, it didn’t.

Expected
Mail to work!

    Hey Tore,

welcome to the GPGTools support platform. Sorry you are having problems using GPG Suite.

Can you please try to uninstall, then re-install GPG Suite 2017.1b2 from our homepage. Then restart your mac and see if the trouble persists.

If so, could you please download and install our latest GPG Suite nightly build and see if the problem persists. That page also has sig and SHA1 to verify the download.

Let me know if any of the above did bring you into working state.

    All the best, steve

Disclaimer: This is a development version which has not been thoroughly tested yet - bugs or crashes are to be expected. Thanks for helping us test.

    Hi,

I tried reinstalling, but with the suite, not the beta (I installed the
beta the first time), and now it works again :) . Possibly a problem with
    the beta?

    Thanks for the quick response!

    Tore

Can you give the name of the Suite you now installed?

Also can you re-try with the beta, which is GPG Suite 2017.1b2 and let us know if that worked.
