Hey William,
thanks for your interest in GPGTools on the iOS platform. We are still evaluating options concerning a solution. Currently there is iPGMail which you could try.
For Android there is OpenKeychain with K-9 Mail.
In any case, please make sure to not transfer any secret keys via email. Use iTunes file transfer for that.
