Not sure if this is an Apple Mail issue or not, but getting a lot of the attached screenshots combined with the messages sending but still going out...

Hey itkansas,
thanks for the report. I've split your comment into a separate discussion since it's easier to deal with such issues on a per case basis.
Please open GPG Keychain and double click the public key in question with fingerprint F2DF 0420 6044 D414 F829 5329 85C7 2ED7 6033 7E82.
In the key tab you will notice that the capabilities section only lists "sc". On the sub-key tab you'll notice that one subkey with the capability "e" which stands for encrypt is no longer valid. Hence you cannot encrypt anything using this public key.
Please ask the key owner to update the key.

The next GPGMail release for 10.11 will no longer enable the encrypt button in such cases.
